Job Summary

Serves as the primary business stakeholder for the Oracle STARS - Vehicles application. Manages the creation and implementation of model year data that is the foundation of all Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) vehicle transactions. Leads Sales Operations - Distribution team in addressing issues that arise in the Oracle STARS - Vehicles application. Maintains responsibility for all project/technical documentation and working with the Information Technology (IT) team to implement enhancements that correct issues encountered during vehicle order fulfillment.

Manages order fulfillment modules in the STARS application, such as Order Management, Install Base, and Pricing. Serves as the point person and liaison for matters relating to the Subaru Production Flexibility (SPF) system at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA) used by retailers and Subaru field staff.
