Sales Operations Manager (Bilingual)

The Sales Operations Manager is the operational backbone of OSN's Commercial function, working across OSN TV, OSN+ streaming, and OSN Advanced CTV. This role sits at the intersection of pre‑sales, after‑sales, finance, agency relationship management, and ad tech coordination — owning the processes that turn a client conversation into a booked, delivered, and renewed campaign.

• Pre‑Sales & Proposals
  • Build and turn around client and agency proposals across OSN TV, Advanced CTV, and OSN+, working directly with ad tech on specs, pricing, and inventory availability.
  • Support the Commercial Director in structuring scenario‑based media plans, rate card application, and budget recommendations.
• Agency & Client Relationship Management
  • Own day‑to‑day relationships across media agency holding groups (Big 6 + Indp agency) and direct clients.
