Vacancy Description
- Monitor vehicle stock and maintain accurate inventory records through the digital portal.
- Allocate vehicle reservations and manage stock availability as required.
- Support the sales team by initiating and processing vehicle tagging and de-tagging requests.
- Receive, consolidate, and coordinate vehicle cancellation requests with the Finance team until completion.
- Validate and process customer refund requests in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure smooth business activities.
- Compile, analyze, and generate sales performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
