Sales Officer (Retail)

Position Purpose:

• Responsible for implementing action plans to support Retail strategy execution at assigned territory.
• Establishes, maintains, and expands Retail Business in assigned Area/ Distributors.
• Provide high level of customer service and building relations at different levels in the retail sales channel (Distributor, Retailer, IWS, Mechanic).
• Coach Distributor sales team/MSR to excecute daily task.

Skill Required:

• Strong retail sales and dsitribution experience.
• Proven ability in distributor appointment & management.
• Willingness for extensive ravelling.
• Good analytical and market understanding skills.
• Proficiency in excel & Powerpoint.
• Energetic, target-driven sales enthusiast with strong communication skills.
• Sales & Marketing with at least 3 years of experience.
