Job Description

• Achieve individual sales targets by identifying new leads and managing existing accounts
• Track customer payment cycles and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure Receivables Management goals are met
• Provide monthly ground-level sales estimates with the Category Manager to maintain forecasting accuracy
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and maintain retention
• Enhance customer satisfaction by bringing customers to Head Office for lab application and product trials
• Coordinate with lab and technical teams to manage product trials and secure necessary customer approvals
