Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful property company based in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to further their career within a dynamic and customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale of residential properties from initial instruction through to completion.

  • Conduct property valuations, prepare sales particulars, and ensure accurate online listings.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.

  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, always ensuring the best outcome for clients.

  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress sales.

  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system and ensure compliance with PSRA regulations.
