**Job Description and Core Responsibilities:**

Sales & Marketing

· Develop and execute the annual Sales & Marketing plan specifically for Casa Boho to drive revenue and brand awareness

· Take full ownership of the restaurant's revenue targets, focusing on daily covers, average checks, and event sales

+ Position Casa Boho as Phuket’s leading Latin American dining and lifestyle destination through creative storytelling and premium experiences

· Conduct regular competitive analysis of Phuket’s beach clubs and restaurants to stay ahead in pricing, trends, and concepts

· Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Director of F&B Operations and General Manager

Social Media Management :
