Sales & Marketing Executive

Our subsidiary company, Winstar Marketing Pte Ltd, an importing and distribution company (FMCG) in Yishun, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to fill the position.

• Manage existing customers or key accounts
• Drive offline sales through events, promotions, and partnerships
• Coordinate with retail partners and distributors
• Track offline sales performance and report insights
• Support in-store experiences and activations
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and performance metrics

• Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in FMCG confectionery & snack industry
• Experience working with supermarkets & retail stores
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with retailers and on-ground teams
