Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for PPE products. Identify, prospect, and convert new clients in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, mining, oil & gas, agriculture, and healthcare. Manage and grow a pipeline of existing accounts, ensuring customer retention, repeat orders, and upselling of new product lines. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for procurement officers, EHS managers, and factory supervisors. Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals while maintaining company profitability targets.
