1. Handle and assist the Sales & Marketing team with daily operations
2. Prepare quotations, proporma invoice, invoice and sales reports
3. Follow up with customer and handle new enquiries
4. Handle ssample request from customers and coordinate with relevant department
5. Support marketing activites (social media posts, promotions, events)
6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
7. Maintain customer records and databases
