Sales Manager 销售经理

1.根据本组市场开发计划，制定个人销售活动计划。
2.通过开发新客户，稳定老客户，以力争达到所确定的销售收入目标。
3.向销售部经理汇报市场信息，包括本市场状况、竞争对手情况、客户反馈意见等。
4.以外出销售、电话联络和信函等方式与所辖区客户保持高度联系。
5.处理客户的来电、来函。
6.协调安排自己所辖客户在酒店的大型活动及VIP的接待工作。
7.熟悉自己客户分类情况及各客户的需求特点和主要的竞争对手。

•大专以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
•有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神，拥有良好的沟通协调能力•良好英语/日语能力。
•精通市场开发，公共关系，经营策划，贵宾接待及形象推广等。
•有独立组织项目营销工作能力，兼备项目策划和市场分析能力
