Role Overview

The Sales Manager (Surgery – Central) leads a high‑performing sales team to drive growth across the full Surgical portfolio (Wound Closure, Biosurgery, Endomechanical, Energy). The role combines strong commercial leadership, clinical credibility, and strategic account management, focusing on adoption of advanced surgical technologies and strengthening relationships with key hospital stakeholders and surgeons.
