PHirst Park Homes, the mass-housing arm of Century Properties Group, is growing its Laguna sales force and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-house team covering the Calamba and Calamba West communities.
About the Role
You will take ownership of sales performance across our Calamba corridor projects, leading a team of sales executives, driving lead conversion, and building a high-performing, well-coached sales culture on-site. This is a leadership role for someone who has already led a real estate sales team and is ready to bring that team, or build a new one, at PHirst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 3-5+ sales executives selling PHirst Park Homes projects in Calamba and Calamba West.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through pipeline management, site activities, and broker/channel partnerships.
