As a Sales Manager Peru (m/f/d) , you will be at the core of our retail expansion strategy, managing and growing our network of Flix shops and agencies across Peru. You will play a key role in bringing affordable, sustainable travel to even more people through our offline sales channels.

About the Role

• Work directly with the Shop Development Team Lead to structure, manage and deliver on key strategic projects within the sales department
• Monitor and steer shop performance across the network, maintaining a structured overview of the most relevant KPIs
