Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives focused on the auto and personal lending segments
- Own pipeline health by setting prospecting standards and monitoring conversion metrics
- Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets and revenue growth
- Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms
- Develop market insights to inform go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Establish high-level relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Support partnership initiatives to deepen joint go-to-market efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
