Sales Manager - MICE (Base in Bangkok) - Holiday Inn Pattaya

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and implement sales strategies for the MICE market to achieve revenue targets
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organizers
+ Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
+ Conduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients
+ Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
+ Coordinate with internal departments (Banquet, Events, Front Office) to ensure smooth event execution
+ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
+ Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts
