- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned region to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the surgical consumables segment.
- Market Development & Portfolio Management: Deeply analyze market potential, identify new business opportunities, and optimize the product portfolio, focusing on Surgical Staplers and Bariatric Surgery consumables.
- Key Account & KOL Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local key accounts (major public/private hospitals) and key opinion leaders (KOLs / Bariatric and General Surgeons).
- Compliance & Competitor Intelligence: Ensure all commercial activities comply with local laws and corporate policies. Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors, and provide strategic feedback to headquarters.
