Sales Manager

Overview

We are hiring a Sales Manager for a permanent position in our team. You will be responsible for managing significant current customer accounts and expanding new customer portfolios. You will independently contact clients, negotiate, prepare offers, and handle orders, supported by a strong expert team. We will build a role tailored to you in our sales team. You should have solid experience and proven success in security technology sales. Experience in lock sales is a plus but not mandatory. The most important thing is your passion to achieve results without compromising customer experience. If you also understand project execution, that is a definite advantage. You are determined, organized, proactive, and a solution-oriented salesperson. You naturally get along with different people and have a strong service attitude. You negotiate fluently in Finnish and English. You are reliable, positive, and a team player, creating a good working atmosphere.
