Sales Manager

We are hiring a Sales Manager for a well-established and diversified business group in the UAE.

Lead a team of 4

Reporting to:

Business Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development across Interior Fit-out & Refurbishment, Furniture & Joinery, and Facility Management
• Develop new business and build a strong pipeline of projects and recurring revenue
• Manage key client relationships and the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Work closely with Estimation, Procurement, Operations and Project teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in the UAE
