In This Role
- Drive orders and improve market participation for the Appleton business by developing strong value propositions and managing pricing and receivables responsibly.
- Lead, coach, and collaborate with sales representatives across the Central region to achieve shared business objectives.
- Meet or exceed financial targets in alignment with regional business plans, including budget, order, and sales objectives.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including key account management, strategic site plans, diversification initiatives, and early engagement on selected projects.
- Expand lifecycle services and KOB3 opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability across the portfolio.
- Analyze market and competitive trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and displacement.
