About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Amali’s ultra‑luxury portfolio and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing. The ideal candidate brings strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record in premium real estate, and the ability to build lasting relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, brokers, and key partners.
- Own and deliver individual and team sales targets across assigned projects, ensuring consistent pipeline conversion and revenue performance.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client engagement, product presentations, negotiations, booking documentation, and handover to post‑sales.
- Build and maintain a strong broker network; conduct regular broker briefings, project walkthroughs, and lead‑generation activities.
