Job Purpose

To drive credit card sales through effective planning, recruitment, training, and supervision of sales teams or partners. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing acquisition channels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual credit card sales targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives or outsourced sales partners.
