Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.


• Drive health insurance sales through the Agency Channel.


• Train and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.


• Conduct joint field visits and support advisors in closing sales.


• Build strong customer relationships and ensure quality service.


• Monitor advisor productivity and business performance.


• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.


• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Must be currently working in the Agency Channel of the insurance industry.


• Minimum 1 year of stability in the current or previous organization.
