Overview
Position: Sales & Logistics Coordinator
Well-established Japanese Plastics and Polymer Solutions MNC
Working Location: Tanjung Pagar
5 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,400
Entitled to AWS & Annual Variable Bonus
Entitled to Transport Allowance
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing (Engineering Plastics)
Responsibilities- Process Sales Order & generate Invoice
- Process Purchase Order
- Prepare shipping documents mainly Commercial Invoice & Packing List (B/L, COA, COO or any other documents from shipping company will be provided by plant)
- Correspond with customer and update on order status/shipping arrangement
- Liaise with supplier on order fulfilment & shipping arrangement
- Liaise with warehouse for daily delivery arrangement
