Sales Ledger Clerk

RG Consultancy are working with a well established company based in Urmston who are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk.

Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible maintaining accurate sales ledger records, processing customer accounts, monitoring outstanding debts, and supporting the finance team with daily accounts administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring all customer accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Chasing customers for payments for outstanding and overdue invoices
• Daily banking - cash allocation and ledger posting
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations any discrepancies
• Building customer relationships
• Prepare aged debt reports and provide updates on outstanding balances.
• Raise and process customer invoices, credit notes, and account adjustments.
