Owns the commercial P&L from Gross Sales through CM3, serving as the primary Finance Business Partner to the B2C Sales and Commercial teams across GT& MT channels.
1. Strategic Planning & Budgeting
- Leads annual budget process for sales: design, commercial assumption development (vol / price / mix), consolidation, and board submission
- Sets channel-level volume, GM%, and contribution targets in partnership with Sales
2. Forecasting
As accountable finance person for Consolidate Sales Figure and expected of
- Translates committed commercial forecast volume into financials (NS, GM, CM) and manage all of key assumptions
- Owns bottom-up Cost to Serve items for PL; challenges top-down gap and risk. Cost to serve including (Trade Spend, Sales Cost Direct & Indirect)
