- Commercial Finance Partnering: Acts as the primary finance business partner for Costco & Walmart account teams, ensuring alignment on commercial plans, annual operating plans (AOP), and quarterly forecasting.
- Trade Spend Management: Governs trade spend for their specific accounts, enforcing funding principles, tracking ROI targets, and optimizing pre and post promotions ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitors sales performance versus plan, investigating variances in volume, mix, pricing, and trade rates to recommend corrective actions.
