Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Process and issue daily sales orders accurately based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate daily stock availability and monitor inventory to support timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare and submit quotations for both existing and prospective customers.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed credit terms and follow up on overdue balances.
- Review sales performance regularly and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other promotional events.
