Reporting To: Key Accounts Manager

• Support the Key Accounts Manager in managing supermarket and retail chain customers.
• Assist with daily sales operations, order follow-up, customer coordination, and outlet visits.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, displayed well, and meet customer quality standards.
• Help grow sales through good service, strong follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.

• Assist in handling supermarket accounts and daily customer requirements.
• Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and pricing updates.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, operations, and quality control teams.
• Prepare quotations, price lists, product information, promotion details, and sales documents.
