Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Mexican market.
- Drive new business development and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation, project kickoff, and initial payment collection.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term customer growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast, and CRM records.
- Demonstrate leadership through commercial execution and contribute to building the future sales.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring sales teams is preferred.
