Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue residential and hospitality projects across all segments.
- Secure specification and product adoption in every viable project, regardless of scale, with a strong focus on long-term mega-project targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through close collaboration with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms.
- Lead impactful product presentations and technical briefings to project owners, developers, architects, and interior designers.
- Communicate the company’s value proposition clearly in terms of design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
- Oversee and support the interior designer and distributor sales teams to ensure project alignment and target delivery.
