- Assist walk-in clients and attend to various requests promptly, + maintain and acquire new clients/accounts.
- Understand customer needs by recommending the right product suited to their requirements.
- Equipped with technical knowledge to be able to guide clients and make suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
- Coordinate with your own Project Team and other departments to ensure proper and timely project management.
- Update the project team tracker daily to set priority for designers' reference.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
- Gather feedback from clients to provide support to the company's improvement plans.
