Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Engages in 6-8 dynamic sales calls daily
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of hotel and resort offerings
• Monitors competitors and develops sales targets and strategies
• Explores new business opportunities through research and outreach
• Promotes the resort with compelling communication
• Achieves and exceeds sales goals
• Nurtures key accounts and manages contracts
• Maintains detailed and delivers exceptional guest experiences
• Collaborates seamlessly across departments to exceed guest expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Studies, Marketing, Management or any related fields
• Proficient in both Mandarin & English
• 1-2 years background in hotel sales and corporate servicing required
• Fluent in English
