Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a high‑performing, commercially driven Business Development professional to accelerate our growth in the Iberian market. This is a quota‑carrying role with full ownership of a book of business and the responsibility for driving new business development. You will engage senior stakeholders across asset managers, asset owners and banks, positioning Morningstar|Sustainalytics’ ESG solutions as critical to their investment and regulatory strategies. This role is suited for top performers who thrive in competitive environments, take ownership, and consistently deliver against ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a book of business, with full accountability for revenue generation, retention and expansion.
• Proactively identify and convert white‑space opportunities to drive new revenue across target accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, from origination to negotiation and closing.
