Sales Executive - Facilities Management

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and securing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Total Facilities Management (TFM) opportunities across the UAE. This is a pure sales role with direct revenue responsibility and a minimum annual sales target of AED 4 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management sales, strong market connections, and the ability to independently drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the UAE Facilities Management industry
• Mandatory experience in selling AMC and/or TFM contracts
