Enrolia is the enrollment partner for top schools across the UAE, handling lead generation and marketing. We pay per enrollment, with no retainers or vague bonuses.
Role
Sales Executive. Close inbound leads for the September intake, the biggest window of the year for British, IB, American schools.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from parents actively looking for schools.
- Present the right school, handle objections and close on a trial visit.
- No cold calling or chasing strangers.
- Close 30 enrollments per month.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the UAE school market (British, IB, American, Indian curricula).
- Educational sales experience, proven track record of real deals.
- High‑volume calling experience and CRM usage.
- English fluent; Arabic, Hindi, or Russian an advantage.
