Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads, including employers, brokers, and agencies
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest
- Educate the market on the benefits of ICHRA and how to access Oscar products
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions within the CRM
- Represent Oscar at industry events and conferences, which may include evening or weekend hours
- Identify opportunities to improve internal sales tools and processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization
- 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
