Key Responsibilities
Generate new business within the Courier & Road Freight sector.
Identify, pursue and secure new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Conduct client presentations and prepare competitive proposals.
Negotiate rates and close profitable business.
Develop long-term relationships with customers while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years' external sales experience within the Courier and/or Road Freight industry.
Proven success in new business development.
Strong knowledge of the logistics and transport industry.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
