Key Responsibilities ● Responsible for door-to-door B2C sales. ● Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets within the assigned area. ● Attend daily morning gate meetings on time and follow the prescribed dress code. ● Responsible for brochure distribution and promotional reach-outs. ● Maintain sound product knowledge along with awareness of competition and market. ● Educate prospective customers on Excitel plans and offerings and convert prospects into sales. ● Build and maintain good interpersonal relationships with existing and potential customers. Preferred Candidate Profile ● Strong communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi/Telugu would be an added advantage) ● Self-driven with strong sales skills ● Demonstrated target-achievement mindset● Age below 35 years
