Sales Engineer

BitKernel is hiring a customer-facing Sales Engineer to support our LATAM sales team. This person will be paired directly with our Business Development team and will play a key role in technical discovery, product demonstrations, solution design, and customer education throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has strong technical fluency, excellent communication skills, and experience helping customers understand how SaaS, streaming, or digital media platforms solve real business problems.

Travel up to 15% may be required for customer meetings, conferences, and partner events.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Business Development Managers throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead technical discovery calls with prospective customers across LATAM.
• Deliver clear, customer-facing product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs.
