Sales Engineer (Monterrey)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products and overall solutions.
• Analyze and seize industry market opportunities, develop tailored product offerings, and establish sales strategies or plans.
• Develop sales budgets and achieve sales targets to increase market share.
• Coordinate resources to address customer challenges, enhance customer satisfaction, and build stronger customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 1-3 years of sales experience in the materials and chemical industry.
• Strong drive for achievement, eager to succeed, and quick to grow professionally.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and resilience under pressure.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in plastics is required.
