Sales Engineer – Biopharma

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer – BioPharma role based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will work closely with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients to understand their process requirements and recommend suitable sterile injectable, bioreactor, and processing solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation through order closure. The role involves collaborating with design, automation, and project execution teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and smooth handover of confirmed orders. The Sales Engineer will also provide pre-sales and limited post-sales technical support, maintain strong customer relationships, and actively gather market and competitor insights to help refine offerings.
