Your Mission

The Sales Enablement Manager serves as a strategic partner to the sales organization, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. In this role, you own the enablement function for the sales team—bridging product and go‑to‑market teams to drive consistent performance, faster ramp, and improved revenue outcomes. This build‑and‑own role gives you a foundation to develop playbooks, coaching frameworks, and cross‑functional alignment programs from the ground up.
