Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development programs for sales professionals
- Drive sales performance through quality assurance, call monitoring, and coaching
- Serve as subject matter expert for sales enablement tools, lead management, and marketing platforms
- Develop best practices for prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention
- Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, and coaching guides
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align enablement strategies with business objectives
- Analyze performance trends and training effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5-7 years of experience in sales training, enablement, coaching, or insurance distribution
