Sales Enablement Lead

**Overview**

The Windows Solutions Specialist Enablement lead equips Windows Solutions Specialists to engage enterprise customers and move them through the funnel with confidence. This is a marketing role that owns the enablement system for the Specialist cohort: the knowledge platform, sales plays, readiness, and certification that make Specialists effective in front of customers.

This is a **Sales Enablement Lead** that acts as a feedback loop between category, the Solution Specialists and Product Group to build the content required to advance the sale and effectively position Windows in the market - translating technical proof into Specialist-ready plays, talk tracks, demos, objection handling, etc. — and aligns that source material to the stages of the sales funnel so every asset maps to the customer conversation and stage where a Specialist needs it.
