SimCorp offers two opportunities for the HighSpot Content & Enablement Specialist role, which may be at Senior or Specialist level based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to support HighSpot content and learning management strategy
- Monitor/update HighSpot user analytics
- Optimize the HighSpot platform to support the commercial organization to access, organize and share content effectively
- Understand needs of the commercial organization and identify plans of how to use HighSpot to align with key strategies
- Support Sales and wider commercial colleagues in how to use HighSpot
- Analyze data and metrics from HighSpot to understand content engagement and effectiveness
- Ensure HighSpot user administration and access
- Maintain and enforce content and usage guidelines
- Monitor and understand HighSpot updates
