Sales-Driven Freight Broker | End-to-End Logistics

Work With Us is looking for a sales-driven Freight Broker based in Medellín, Colombia. In this independent contractor role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, negotiating carrier rates, and managing loads from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics and possess strong sales and negotiation skills. Familiarity with TMS and CRM tools is essential for success in this position.
