Requirements
- Develop and execute the company’s sales and business development strategy
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the beauty, aesthetics, and personal care market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners, and corporate clients
- Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial deal structuring
- Drive revenue growth and achieve agreed sales targets
- Study market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to support business expansion
- Work closely with management to develop branding, customer acquisition, and market penetration plans
- Build, train, and manage the sales team as the company grows
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role
