In this role you will manage and direct the commercial organization in PUB (Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil) to drive sales and revenue growth. In addition to leading a team of 60+ employees, you will lead strategic projects to grow the business through portfolio, pricing, route to market, resource allocation, and disciplined decision making.
Responsibilities
Lead the B‑F PUB commercial team across Brazil and border markets (Paraguay, Uruguay). Engage broader business teams through balanced thinking and strong communication skills. Fully manage and own responsibility for PUB P&L, including year‑over‑year planning efforts. Develop and implement the commercial strategy across modern trade, local sub‑distributors, on premises, e‑commerce, border stores, and other sales channels.
