We are looking for a bold and transformative Sales Director to lead a team of Key Account Directors across the Gulf region. This leader will be responsible for driving sustained growth across strategic industries (Energy Oil & Gas Utilities Telco Manufacturing Aerospace and Defense). You will drive execution excellence lead strategic engagements and orchestrate large complex multi-million-dollar wins while building a high-performance culture.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring courage leadership and precision.

- Build lead and inspire a team of Account Directors to consistently exceed targets
- Establish and drive the regional sales strategy aligned with industry focus areas
- Lead from the front coaching enabling and getting personally involved in strategic pursuits
